I understand for your mail description that you are waiting for a refund on your bank account, but that is not how booked payments work. When you attempt to make a top up the amount to be sent is booked by our payment providers in all cases, so for each attempt that you make there will be an amount reserved. If the transaction fails then the payment provider sends an order to your bank so they release the funds back to your Bank account. You won't see a refund per se, the preliminary charges will simply disappear from your bank statement. So please take a look at a an updated bank statement, if your transactions failed then no charges should be visible. But if you see charges then please get back to us with a PDF copy of your bank statement, with all movements from the date of the transaction and until today. Naturally if the status of your transaction was successful then you should have been charged. Once again we appreciate that you take the time to contact us and we are thankful for your cooperation! Date: 12 Mar 2014 23:37what a rubbish. .i recharged my no. yesterday. 1st time it got failed but deducted my money. after a while, i got refund in my account. 2nd time, i tried again for recharge but this time it showed Pending. Now after more than 24hrs, it still showing PENDING status and my money got block. .No refund at all

Date: 12 Mar 2014 11:23dont use this site............ its very risky........ they can deduct all amount from your credit card without any otp. i used 1st time my recharge was succesfull .. next time i used from different is it is pending than failed but amount is deducted.... and after click for retry 2 times they deduct more two times money in my account without any otp...... so plz do at on your on risk.....

Date: 12 Mar 2014 10:42I have rehcarged twice for a reliance number of Hyderabad and two time the transaction is failed and recharge didn't happened. first time the money gets refunded. but the next time the amount has not been refunded. Admin Can we recharge the Reliance number of Hyderabad. I have send email to refund or do the recharge but no response from them. Admin please suggest.

Date: 11 Mar 2014 19:09Absolutely fake site...My Rs 243 wr deducted from my account & I didnt get d recharge till now via Corporation Visa debit card...I had given my vodafone no while doing transaction but it says payment denied,Contact ur bank manager or service provider...I had also mailed dem also regarding dis but no one replied yet..Will dey give refund or not?What i ll do admin?plz reply...
