Idbi Bank visa debit card holders can conveniently make their bill payment at over 120 biller in diverse categories, which include Telecom, DigitalTv, Insurance, Electricity, Charity and Many more.   During below mentioned offer period, IDBI Bank Visa Debit cardholders need to carry out a minimum 3 online bill payment in a month through vsa bill pay. The qualifying cardholders will be eligible for a cashback of Rs.50. Offer is valid till 30 September 2012.   The offer Period will be further divided into 6 cycles of 1 month each

1. Cycle 1 - 1 April to 30 April 2012
2. Cycle 2- 1 May to 31 May 2012
3. Cycle 3- 1 June to 30 June 2012
