Date: 18 Nov 2014 12:28The saving day offers are more user friendly for SNAPDEAL vendors who want to get rid of their junk stock. I ordered 6 sarees, three recived in all disappointed conditions- one saree was damaged, one saree's colour was different from what I had ordered and another saree came with reverse colour combination. Very sad, such a big online shopping web but least inclined towards customer service. Compared to other online shops SNAPDEAL is still poor at after sales service

Date: 10 Nov 2014 14:57The snapdeal savings day is fraud. This is what snapdeal does: 1. Attract Customers with discounts and cashback. Since cashback is available only for prepaid orders, people pay money before the product is shipped. 2. Snapdeal takes 2-3 weeks to ship the product and mostly the product gets cancelled after 3 weeks. 3. After 3 weeks they inform that they are going to refund the amount and they'll take 3 more weeks to refund the amount. 4. Even if u call one crore times to their pathetic customer support, they simply don't care to work on your request. 5. Snapdeal takes minimum one or two month to refund the amount back to the customer so that they can earn interest on your money. Finally,you understand that snapdeal takes your money for one or two months, earns interest on your money and returns back your money after two months and torture you with their pathetic customer care executives. You also end up with a loss of Rs. 500-800 in mobile talktime as you need to make an STD call to their customer service. If you don't believe me ask google, consumer court, consumer forums, akosha etc. Put COD option in snapdeal, else if you want pay before shop from flipkart or amazon.

Without informing they cancelled. after repeated calls, it was refunded. next order(COD) butterfly mixer grinder on 30.10.14. Order number : 3389625001. They gave me one fake AWB number. Even today it has not reached me. around 20-30 times i called snapdeal. Every time i get same line "your complaint will be solved in 48 hrs"

Date: 10 Nov 2014 18:41I totally agree. I had ordered Ambrane power bank from Snapdeal and it was like a used one. Scratched and damaged, No one could tell its new. That day I realized snapdeal is worst online retailer. I would recommend Flipkart(though its products may have a high price compared to others) but provides a very good quality of service.
