Date: 31 Mar 2015 13:39i don’t think its a technical fault or certain bug i have noticeone another thing that 1st they give offer of 10% cash bask on deposit amount to the wallet and me used it and add 1500rs after cash back it become 1650rs. now what happen to me before 2 or 3 days form shopclues offer i am continue trying to make payment of my landline and NDPL bill form that money but always fails i don’t know why the i complaint to mobikwik again and again but nothing happend they always giving me unrelevant reply and than time i can’t understands whats happend and till shopclues offer i am not able to pay my all bills i.e all money in the wallet. and when this shopclues offer Rumour came out i used this money and like me other member also used it and traped into mobikwik game plan

Date: 30 Mar 2015 21:32Guys, Important information in case you are unhappy with the mobikwik issue. 1. Please keep a track of all your transactions that you made using mobikwik yesterday. If they can reverse your wallet money, they are equally capable of changing all your transactions as well. So save all your invoices including Rs.100 cashbacks, so that we can use it to file a legal complaint. 2. Cancel all orders on shopclues website which are yet to be shipped as soon as possible. ORders which are cancelled before shipment will receive cashback within 41 hours into mobikwik wallet. For all orders that are in process or shipped -don't worry. Contact shopclues customer care between 10am to 11pm on 0124-441 4888 and ask them to raise tickets for all shipped and processed orders. They will take your request and ask you to give a reason and refuse the delivery. When you refuse the delivery, the item will reach the shipper and the money will be refunded to your wallet. It will take few days, but all your money will be refunded. Make sure you mention the reason as mobikwik fraud - cashback declined so cancelling order. Also, tell them to take a feedback against mobikwik. They will gladly do so. 3. Once you receive all refund amount. You can delete your account following the link given on mobikwik site - they will refund it to your bank account. If you have lost all trust, then you can recharge/pay bill and exhaust all money. Thereafter you can delete the account.

Date: 30 Mar 2015 20:34call customer care at 0124-4414888, and cancel from your order panel, i placed five orders yesterday out of which 3 have been cancelled online for rest 2 orders i spoke to customer care he told will not be able to cancel and told to refuse the delivery from courier you will get full refund without any deduction

But lately after the mobikwik drama, I feel just like you keep people informed about new and exciting offers, it would be equally good if you could make people aware about fraud and discriminating policies of mobikwik type sites whenever they are encountered. Lets all request admin to boycott mobikwik offers, and please post on the homepage to regarding the issue that most IFS people were subjected to this morning by Mobikwik. If we don’t raise our voice, we will be dealt in the same way by such scrupulous sites. After all what happened yesterday was a result of Mobikwik’s stupid software team – We should not bear the brunt of their mistakes. I hope the admin gives a thought to it. Thanks

Date: 30 Mar 2015 21:22I agree with tarun. I have already written to Mobikwik. For all my complaints, they are copy pasting the same excuse. Also, you can raise only 1 ticket in 12hrs. So Ridiculous!..Guys make sure you save the invoice of all your Rs.100 cashbacks, before they change it to 10%. We'll require them when we lodge a legal complaint.

Date: 30 Mar 2015 17:12I am sharing a tip for those who have not checked their wallet yet but I am not sure about this. di not open the app. instead open the website on PC and then utilize the money if it is there in your wallet. I am saying this because I checked two accounts on app and immediately my balance reduced to 10% in a fraction of second. earlier showing 417 then became 41. but in one account I opened on my laptop the amount was rs 227 and I immediately used for mobile payment. try it .... but please don't nag me if it doesn't work.

Date: 30 Mar 2015 17:00Listen guys.. why they didnt stop around 3 pm when we started buying the product ,, why they kept silent ,, this is a case of fraud and cheating , and will not go in long way for mobikwik ,, people will think 1000 time now before adding money to wallet,, by giving tempting offer of 10% cash back ,, we kept on addding lots of money to our wallet , it may happen one day they will squeeze our full wallet siting sily reason of bug etc and we will just cant do anything,, anyways ,, good learning experience,, no one gives anything for free , they shows their skin one day and mobikwik has done the same today ..

I am unable to claim cash back as system is siting reason of kyc limit etc as my wallet limit has reached 10000 a month . by your tempting offer and now i am not getting cash back credited to my account,.....2,,,, you people has debited another Rs600 siting reason of bug althoug I did all my purchases between 3 30 to 5 30 when offer was posted on india free stuff, and in all transactions I got the message then you will get 100 cash back ,,,3,, your system should have not allowed me to do those additional transactions.. so either you people allow me claim cash back or refund amount which wrongly debited in my account,, else one thing is for sure ,, this will be termed as case of cheating and fraud in indian moblie wallet system and You will be the termed as the leader of the same,. please check my account and see that I have claimed any cash back as system is not permiting me.. and it wil be a kind of double debit in my account,, so please please do the rectification at the earliest..

(0124) 441 4888. you can call them there may be a delay of 5 mins but you will be conencted to a executive tell them roder numbers and they will cancel i have just got my all 6 orderes cancelled

Guys isse ek lesson milta hai don't be over-smart or itna lalchi mat bano like murgi ke pet se ek sath sab nikalane ki tarah nahi to yahi hal hoga.

For order between 6-7 they are giving 100% cashback and when i calculated my remaining balance in wallet. it was as they said. i received successful 100% cashback for orders between 6-7 and 10% for others.

The best way to respond is firstly, cancel all orders from shopclues and mention the mobikwik fraud as reason. Secondly, use all your money in your wallet as soon as possible. Thirdly, cancel/delete all your mobikwik accounts. This is a lesson for all of us. Mobikwik has lost all our trust. We should never transact using mobikwik.
