Looks like they are sending samples to female members and not to the male members. check this: We have special helpline email for SMART Women members where you can get your query solved in 48 hours. Kindly note email [email protected] of the SMART Women will get a call from our call center to confirm the registration. (It’s strange that we have got some of the male members register as SMART Women members.) Be SMART Women. Be distinguished from the crowd.

knorr was not working So i ordered Uniheal- Amla Chatpata Candy now when i try to order knorr it says 'Kindly go to My Feedback section and fill pending feedback (If Any) or your last sample request is under process.'

After registering When I clicked on I Try it opens a new page and says I Tried instead of any address form. Please help with this.

Just send them mail and tell them you didn't got the mail (even not in spam)......they will automatically verify your account and you can easily place the sample.
