Replyhow can us cool down. amazon canceled our orders but they send it to some peoples. this is wrong if they canceled our orders then they have to canceled all order. If they send it to some peoples then they have to send all who ordered. amazon should have to learn treat customers equally. They have no right to playing this type of games with us.

Replyi called, they are saying u can send the letter by post mentioning your complaint id, and saying that why u don't deliver my product as many of them has received, but Amazon not having any resolution team and also they have right to cancel the order so go through at your own risk.

Guys! I just called up Amazon India customer care. Unfortunately I don't have a call recording function otherwise I would share it with you. But the executive again repeating same dialogue that It was a pricing error and we have cancelled all those orders placed for rupee 190 only. Amazon is going to recover Laptops from those lucky customers who mistakenly got it delivered. So guys no hope other than filing consumer court case and providing invoice copy from those few lucky guys who got the laptop.

Replytoday i talk to around 5-6 amazon customer care.one thing was common that all were saying that it was price error. but how can it possible that price error was in 3 places 1.save 99% 2.deal price 190 3.promotion 23309 it shows that it was cheap publicity doing by amazon to attract customers to their site to get publicity in gosf offers. It was pure cheating with customers doing by amazon. we know that it was not possible to get laptop for Rs. 190 but we purchased many products like this in past also.those were not price errors then why this. it is fullfilled order also so we should have to surely get this laptops.
ReplyIt is not only about getting that laptop, but also good business practice and customer grievance redressal. We were excited on ordering and later got dissatisfied on cancellation, also embarrased among people with agony. They got their promotion, but successful orders were not delivered. I think isolated complaints/ grievances won't move them an inch. We have to group together by some means and put action plan. please give suggestions

Claimed he is top executive.He said that a special team is working on it,Regarding partial delivery,He is not willing to comment.They will come with some resolution.May be they will offer some bucks of gift cards,but he has not assured any amount.

Hello everybody, Are you completely out of your mind?Would anybody sell a Laptop @ Rs.190? U should have the common sense to identify it as a Pricing Mistake. I personally love AMAZON for their comparatively low pricing and service. Everybody makes mistakes.....Pricing mistakes are common as there are tons of products and somebody should always price it wrongly. Maybe it is a mistake or advertising stratergy..... Everybody should be thinking about the overall service and pricing that AMAZON provides us. Simply making a big issue out of this is just so bad...... Don't be rude for not getting a LAPTOP at Rs.190.

ReplyI am not from Gujarat but i have some past experience which i can share. You have to prove that cause of action is in Gujarat jurisdiction which is not possible as product got cancelled before it was delivered, so you have to file case in Bangalore where they have their office. Though it's written in CPA that consumer is king-believe me you won't even feel like a person at that whole interval. You will only loss your money & valuable time. Once case is in front of judge then only you may feel that you have power but iff you can reach there.

No compensation will be given . we have already credited 190 rs which you paid by debit card . I said flipkart , snapdeal also have price mistake they also give compensation . ReplyThis is nothing but a cheap marketing stunt by amazon.in. Please read following points to understand: 1) There were more than 1000 people who bought this laptop for rs190. I am also one of those. And there was only 50% chance that they may cancel the order. Why they didn't cancelled the order instantly if there was a price error. Because they with us (10000s of us) to spread the word amazon everywhere - to uor family members, friends and etc that too in excitement. And after listening what do you think your friends will do. Simple they will visit their website and it will derive lots of traffic to them. So thier plan is successful. (THE PLAN WAS- HIREING SOME PEOPLE LIKE US FOR FREE MARKETING OF THEIR SITE) 2. Now they did not lose anything because they have cancelled all the order but what about us. 100s of people who made thier plan a success, should'nt we get some credit for that work?. We have wasted almost half day saying amazon amazon, shoul'nt we get paid for our time?
